Im Kern ist der Sound der deutsch-österreichischen Truppe OCEANS sicherlich Metalcore/Nu/Post Metal und dennoch sind die Prog und Death Elemente, die inhaltliche Komponente und der musikalische Anspruch so bemerkenswert, dass sowohl der Vorgänger als auch die neue „Hell Is Where The Heart Is, Pt. II: Longing“ EP das Hinhören wert sind. Von dieser gibt es den Schlusstrack `Living=Dying´ im Videoclip.
