NIGHTBLAZE, das italienische AOR, Melodic Hard Rock Outfit braucht sich vor den Großen des Genres nicht verstecken. So versetzt einen die neue `Novemberine` Halbballade mit ihrer Komposition , den Vocals und der großen Melodieführung zurück in die 80er Jahre, was beileibe kein schlechtes Zeugnis ist. `Novemberine` gehört zum “Evaricade” Album, das am 07. November erscheint.
Gitarrist Dario Grillo sagt über den Song:
“‘Novemberine Walls’ addresses the theme of youth depression in a romantic, almost decadent way. It’s the story of a young girl, wandering the city streets on a rainy autumn day. Her gaze is dull, lost in the void. Despite the fact that she lacks nothing in life, she feels profound inner unease. She can’t find joy in everyday life and lives as if she were totally alienated from the world. ‘Novemberine Walls’ are therefore a metaphor for the emotional obstacles we often unknowingly erect and that seem insurmountable. The most subtle ones can plant themselves into the depths of the human psyche and trap it in a vicious cycle. That becomes difficult to escape without therapeutic and pharmacological help. Musically speaking, it’s a very solemn piece, melodic yet evocative in its atmosphere and arrangements. The mid-song solo, crafted by my dear friend and exceptional Sicilian guitarist, Orazio Fontes, elevates the tempo.”
