Die UK Melodic Symphonic Truppe WHITEABBEY hat ihren neuen Track `Master Plan` veröffentlicht, der von ihrer nächsten drei-Track EP “Sweet Revenge“ stammt, die für den 01. Mai geplant ist.
Die Band schreibt über den Song, der an den Film “ Charlie und die Schokoladenfabrik“ angelehnt ist:
„In 2022, Whiteabbey released Trilogy, a chilling reimagining of the story of Snow White. Now, four years later, comes the next chapter – Trilogy II: Sweet Revenge.
This time, Whiteabbey turns to a story generations have grown up with, Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. A tale wrapped in sugar and nostalgia, but beneath its candy-coated surface has always lingered something far more sinister.
The tracks weave in echoes of A Nightmare on Elm Street, where the sins of one generation are visited upon the next. The result is a dark crossover in which fairy tale meets horror, nostalgia collides with vengeance, and songs that nod to the iconic 1971 film adaptation transport listeners back to that familiar world before twisting it into something far more nightmarish.
