VERMILIA ist eine finnische Musikerin die seit 2019, eine Black-Death metallische Version vom skandinavischen Pagan Metal spielt. Jetzt ist `Vakat`, der erste Song von ihrem dritten Longplayer namens “ Karsikko“ online gegangen. Das Album wird für 2025 erwartet.

VERMILIA sagt über den Track:

„In the past, villages used to celebrate ‚Ukko’s Vakkas.‘ The song is a pagan hymn of praise and a plea to Ukko, the God of Thunder, to bring rain and ensure a good harvest for the people.“
