Dannie Vaughn und seine kultige Hard Rock Band, TYKETTO veröffentlichen heute den Titelgeber ihres neuen Albums “ Closer To The Sun“. Passend dazu ist auch der Musikclip vor wenigen Minuten online gegangen. Das gesamte neue Studioalbum, übrigens das erste seit 2016, erscheint am kommenden Freitag, den 20. März.
Dannie Vaughn kommentiert de Song:
„‘Closer To The Sun’ is a bit of a fantasy piece, really. I was thinking about Kate Hudson’s character in the film ‘Almost Famous’. I think we have all known someone like that growing up, someone that laughs at life, lives just a little outside of the norm and sometimes seems to float through the world. What does she know that I don’t know? The singer has caught a glimpse of this woman and has fallen deeply in love, despite knowing almost nothing about her. ‘What if I’m missing something in my own life? What if?’“
