Für dynamischen Progressive Metal stehen RUNESCARRED aus Austin, Texas. Am 24. September wird ihr 2020er Album „The Distant Infinite“ mit sechs brandneuen Akustik-Tracks wiederveröffentlicht. Den Anfang inklusive neuem Video macht heute das Elton John-Cover ‚Madman Across The Water‘ von dessen gleichnamigem vierten Studioalbum (1971).

Die Band kommentiert wie folgt:

„A few months ago, we assembled at the same studio where we recorded the Acoustrements EP to shoot some performance videos for its tracks. Despite the somber nature of much of the material, we managed to have some laughs on set (behind our masks) and we hope some of that humor shines through in this video. A gang of „Madmen“ indeed!“
