SOULBOUND haben den nächsten Track ihres “sYn” Longplayers, mitsamt Video hochladen lassen. Mit dem Song `Not Metal Enough` verbinden die musikalischen Grenzgänger irgendwo zwischen NDH, Goth, Industrial und eben Metal ein Statement, das da lautet: “Wir sind Metal, weil wir anders sind“.
Oder in eigenen Worten:
“We never wanted to make music for others. Never follow rules, never think in pigeonholes, never play genre police. For us, metal is a genre that has always stood for openness. No “you can’t do that,” but a place where you could be yourself with attitude. Of course, you can’t please everyone. And that’s okay. Not Metal Enough is our own anthem to how we want to understand metal. Loud, direct, and with attitude. And, of course, with a ironic wink. Just as you’ve hopefully come to love us.”
