Am 23. August ist die Veröffentlichung der Debüt-Soloscheibe „Vermillion“ geplant, von der SIMONE SIMONS heute die nächste wuchtig-elektronisch-symphonische Single `R.E.D.´ vorstellt. Der Titel steht für „Rise, Evolve, Dominate“ und ist erneut in Zusammenarbeit mit ihrem langjährigen, musikalischen Partner ARJEN LUCASSEN (AYREON) entstanden. Wie auch die bereits veröffentlichten Auskopplungen `Aaterna´ und `In Love We Rust´ erhält der neue Song ein Video, das um 16:00 Uhr CEST online geht.

It reflects on the AI’s growing self-awareness and its unfulfilled desire to experience emotions, something that its synthetic nature makes impossible to ever realize. The song also looks at the double-edged nature of technological advancements and the profound existential questions that are becoming ever more important to address.“
