RUTHLESS 1982 wurden 1982 in Los Angeles gegründet und waren bis 1990 aktiv. Nach ihrer Neugründung im Jahr 2008 erschienen bisher drei Alben. Ab heute wissen wir,dass der nächste Longplayer aus dem Hause RUTHLESS “Curse Of The Beast“ heißen wird und am 17. Juli herauskommen soll.
Über die erste Single, der auch der Titeltrack ist, erzählt die Band, um Sänger Sänger Sammy DeJohn:
„Curse Of The Beast“ is about a guy getting hit by a werewolf, (bitten by the beast, now victim of the curse you’ve become) he’s a man by day then turns into the beast or werewolf by nite, (forever in pain, waiting for you souls release) so it would be like guy turning into a werewolf at nite attacking people and waking up in the morning being a man again regretting what he’s done.“
