Gitarrist Dan Lorenzo (Hades/Non Fiction) und Drummer John Kelly (Danzig/Type O Negative) setzen die Arbeit mit ihrem Projekt PATRIARCHS IN BLACK und ihrer modernen Black Sabbath Interpretation nach dem Mitte 2022 veröffentlichten Debüt „Reach For The Scars“ konsequent fort und haben für den 06. Oktober ihr Zweitwerk „My Veneration“ angekündigt. Heute präsentieren sie daraus den Track und Albumopener `Dead Or Dying´ mit Ex-CoC Fronter Karl Agell am Mikro.

Dan Lorenzo über den neuen Song:

„I played Dead and Dying to a couple of my friends after Karl finished it and they all said the same thing; „Karl is singing better than ever“. I agree. Karl has been touring with Legions of Doom and Lie Heavy and I guess instead of that hurting his voice, it’s actually making it stronger. I wrote the music for this song, but Karl wrote all the lyrics and melody.“
