Jetzt veröffentlicht er mit der Single `Forests In The Fallout` einen ersten Appetizer für das Debütalbum seines Projekts OBLIVION PROTOCOL. Die “The Fall Of The Shires“ Scheibe soll am 18. August herauskommen.
Mastermind West erklärt:
“Am Ende von “Legends Of The Shires“ macht der Protagonist sich Gedanken über seine mögliche Zukunft („maybe a painter, a guide, a clerk, a maker, or maybe a writer, a king, a star, a fighter“ [dt.: „vielleicht ein Maler, ein Reiseführer, ein Angestellter, ein Fabrikant oder vielleicht ein Schriftsteller, ein König, ein Star, ein Kämpfer“]). Dementsprechend erzählt die Fortsetzung jenes Albums von seinem Aufstieg zum König und den Folgen dieser Entscheidung, in deren Rahmen er zum Entschluss gelangt, dass er sein Volk nur kontrollieren kann, indem er es unterdrückt und überwacht, was sein Reich zu einem weitaus dunkleren Ort werden lässt.“
