„My initial reaction to getting a text from Jona, asking me to sing on the new album was: Damn, I don’t have the time. But upon hearing some of the early material he was working on and after our first couple of sessions tracking vocals, effortlessly collaborating and mapping out a plan for the album, I decided that this simply needs to be done. CONQUERORS became a tale that grew in the making and ultimately expanding into an album way beyond my expectations, brim-packed with stellar songwriting, performances and surprise elements. If you like melodic metal – you’re in for a treat.”

Lyrics:
In ancient times a man arose a legend born
Righteous words forever told
The nazarene performed the deeds
Beyond compare
Revolution in the air
In the night they looked for the sign
He then in plain sight turned water to wine
Hail king of kings flying angel without wings
Long may he live and to his glory we sing
Born lamb of god here to rise up from beyond
Long may he live until the end of time
He was betrayed
And brought before Pilate’s court
Brutalized, crucified
A sacrifice in flesh for all the sins of man
All according to god’s plan
In the night he looked for the sign
The price of a life and why he must die
Hail king of kings flying angel without wings
Long may he live and to his glory we sing
Born lamb of god here to rise up from beyond
Long may he live until the end of time
And now when history is shown
No I never could have known
The pain, the cost, the sacrifice
Have I paid the ultimate price?
