IGNEA, die ukrainischen Extreme Metaller mit mehr oder minder stark ausgeprägten Symphoniczügen, stellen heute um 18:00 CET ihr Video zu `Camera Obscura` (Live @ Out of the Blackout Session) online. Aufgenommen wurde das vor genau einem Jahr erschienene Album “Dreams of Lands Unseen“ mitten im Krieg, im Sommer 2023. Das Video erinnert an diesen „Geburtstag“.

”Winter 2023 cast a shadow over Ukraine, bringing some of the harshest and coldest conditions we’ve faced. Our vibrant city of Kyiv, home to millions, was thrust into darkness after our energy infrastructure was shelled by Russia. Despite enduring relentless attacks, grappling with despair, and constantly adapting to survive, we found the resilience to persevere. Remarkably, amidst the turmoil, we even managed to release a new album last spring. ‚Out of the Blackout‘ was recorded in the summer of 2023, serving as a beacon of hope in our darkest hour.
