Die Bay Area Thrash Größe EXODUS stellt heute den Titelsong ihres neuen Studioalbums “Goliath“ vor. An dem eher wuchtig-zähen Track ist auch die Violinistin Katie Jacoby beteiligt. Am 20. März ist es dann soweit, die neue Scheibe des Fünfers um das Gitarrenduo Gary Holt und Lee Altus erscheint.
Wer die Band in hiesigen Breiten live erleben möchte, kann das im Frühjahr bei KREATORs ”Krushers Of The World“ Tour tun, bei der neben EXODUS, auch noch CARCASS und NAILS dabei sind.
EXODUS schreiben zu ` Goliath`:
„‚Goliath‘ may quite possibly be the heaviest thing we have ever done, and certainly the slowest song in our catalog, as close to doom metal as Exodus we get! Just pure evil, as sinister as it gets, featuring our friend Katie Jacoby, who laid down 18 tracks of strings in the middle harmony section, making the song go from just pure horror to a thing of beauty.“
