Am 08. Oktober bringen die Old School Death Metalheads CREEPING DEATH ihre neue EP „The Edge Of Existence“ raus. Darauf finden sich, neben bereits auf dem Debüt veröffentlichten Tracks ‘Sacrament Of Death‘, ‘Doused In Flames‘ sowie ’Skinned Alive‘ auch drei neue Songs: ‘Relics From The Past‘, ‘Humanity Transcends‘ und das mächtig old schoolige, an frühe DEATH und ähnliche Größen erinnernde ‘The Edge of Existence‘ zu dem heute ein offizielles Video erschienen ist.
Gitarrist Trey Pemberton sagt über die EP:
„Wir versuchen nicht, die innovativste Death-Metal-Band zu sein. Wir wollen einfach nur heavy sein und Spaß machen. Ihr werdet eine natürliche Entwicklung von Wretched Illusions zu The Edge Of Existence hören. Und die nächste LP wird auch anders sein. Jede Veröffentlichung wird sich zumindest ein wenig von der anderen unterscheiden, aber sie werden alle immer noch nach CREEPING DEATH klingen. Das ist es, was wir sind.“
