BRAINSTORM melden sich zurück bei den Fans mit dem ersten Son ihrer nächsten Langrille “Plague Of Rats“, die am 28. Februar erscheinen wird. Davon streamt die Band dann haute auch ihre erste Auskopplung `Garuda (Eater Of Snakes)` als Video. Der Song handelt von einer mytholgischen Figur, die halb Mensch/halb Adler, als Sprecher der Götterwelt dient.
Gitarrist Torsten „Todde“ Ihlenfeld sagt:

Für den Februar und März 2025 haben die Power Metaller bereits eine Co-Headline Tour mit ARION , unter dem Titel “The Plague That Burns The Sky“ und Special Guests STRANGER VISION angekündigt.
