“Violence touches the topic of coercion, whether it is physical or mental. Violence can sometimes be delivered very cautiously in ways that don’t give room for a reaction but with the passing of time will destroy your confidence and self-regard.”
Und Martin Lopez ergänzt:
“It’s a different song for us musically speaking, it’s very direct and full of darkness and anger.”

Lyrics:
Love is standing on the edge
Wandering the unknown
And for once…
Escape from the hollow
You’re bleeding out your bitterness
Watering seeds with blood
You´re harvesting dust
And hunger will follow
Never gonna be a God
Forcing on us hateful love
You took away the pride in my life
With a little bit of violence
Never gonna be a God
Forcing on us hateful love
You took away the pride in my life
With a little bit of violence
Turning fondness into pain
Tenderness is a ghost
Overwhelmed
By menacing shadows
You’re wearing a sadistic grin
Whispering words of trust
Mouthful of scorn
That cannot be swallowed
…But child in the night
Silence is coming
And you will repent your thoughts
Away from the light
Nightmares are numbing
And no one can hear you call
Never gonna be a God
Forcing on us hateful love
You took away the pride in my life
With a little bit of violence
Never gonna be a God
Forcing on us hateful love
You took away the pride in my life
With a little bit of violence
With a little bit of violence
