Das sehnlich erwartete Debütalbum „Killing Moons“ (VÖ: 08. Oktober) der Finnen MERCURY CIRCLE wirft weiterhin seine Schatten voraus.

Beinahe ein eigenes Genre kreierend ist auch ‚The Gates Wide Open‘ ein kraftvoller, langer Track mit majestätischen Klanglandschaften voller mächtiger Synthie- und Elektro-Sounds.

Band-Mastermind Jaani Peuhu stellt fest:

„I wrote this song as the opening track of the album so it has this long hypnotic intro which introduces the atmosphere of the whole album. It puts you into a mind-travelling state and takes you on the journey that is ‚KILLING MOONS'“
