Die italienischen Modern Metaller SECRET RULE bereiten mit der neuen Video-Single `Edge of Control` die Veröffentlichung ihrer elften Studioscheibe vor. Der Sound ist etwas cineastischer und kontrastreicher geworden, bleibt aber den wesentlichen Elementen treu. Nähere Details zum nächsten Album stehen aber derzeit noch aus.
Gitarrist und Hauprsongwriter Andy Menario schreibt über die erste Single:
“I wanted the song to feel modern, direct and unpredictable while still sounding unmistakably like Secret Rule. The arrangement combines heavy riffs and breakdowns with electronic elements and cinematic layers, while the male vocal passages create an additional point of tension within the track. I believe that ‘Edge of Control’ is the song that best represents the direction of this new record.”
