IGNEA planen ihren neuen Longplayer „Monumental“ für den 23. Oktober. Als Appetizer hat die ukrainische Band jetzt ihr Video zum Song `Darkness` hochgeladen, Der Track selbst schwankt zwischen zarten Melodien und gleichzeitiger bekannter Härte.

“Back in the 17th century, nostalgia was considered a deadly disease — and in many ways, it still is. There is hardly a soul on earth who hasn’t felt it — it’s woven into the fabric of being human. And yet, as natural as it feels, this emotion is far more layered and complex than it first appears. Nostalgia can bring back the most beautiful memories, only to darken them with the awareness that those moments will never come again. On “Monumental”, we’ll take you on nostalgic rides, with all their ups and downs, expressed through music and lyrics that carry a bittersweet sense of gentle sadness and longing.“
